Bought a helmet 4 months ago the mask breaks beacuse its a cheap piece of plastic and they decide that an unrelated scratch on the helmet means they don't have to worry about the crap helmet with crap clips they sold me. Thanks for letting me know what kind of company u are from jump street so I don't waste more than $170 on your store.

As a giant retailer, you expect them to have a lot of product on hand at competitive prices but what set this location apart tonight was the fact that we walked in at closing time and they gladly assisted us with a smile as I purchased my new helmet. The guys were great. Thank you.

Big props to Cycle gear on US19 in Pinellas Park. I stopped in to use a gift card i have had for several years to get a new visor for my helmet. Kid looked for one and couldn't find the right one. So he took one off a similar helmet and when he when to put it on something wasn't right so he notice a screw wasn't right. He asked how long I had the helmet and I told him a couple years,he says theres a five year warranty on them amd gets me new helmet.
