Awesome customer service!! I haven't been any where the pros in the store are that helpful and know what they are talking about. They showed us different manufacturers and didn't push any one certain product. Gave us a bunch of different options.
Been to other cycle gear stores. Never get this level of knowledge and overall guest service at any of them. They could all take an example from this crew.

Nice to be able to try on several helmets in one place. Store brands are better quality than I expected. Staff is attentive.
Excellent service! Described in detail all the gear I requested and gave pros and cons for everything. Very helpful as well! Plus they offer military discount! Worth the 45 min drive I made.
Very helpful staff to answer any questions you may have for their products. Also the bike nights are always great to attend!

I might have rated this store better however I've been waiting in the parking lot for about an hour past when the store was supposed to open but still no one is here. This is my first visit to this store and honestly might be my last if no one shows up soon. Also I called their customer service line and the guy I spoke with was about as helpful as a rock and didn't really do anything
