Good place to go the price are good
I was on a trip from Mississippi to Maine when I realized the chain on the bike I just purchased was spitting rollers and it wouldn’t be long before I was walking s Shae made sure I was taken care of! I detoured 275 miles to CycleGear go get a chain break/rivet tool last Sunday. Nowhere else on the east coast was open, but CycleGear was. Shae checked on me a couple times as I did the repairs in the parking lot and helped dispose of my toasted chain. I was going to buy an item at Cycle Gear's website until they tried to charge me 8% sales tax on the sale. The sales tax for my zip code in Pennsylvania is only 6%. I really don't think this is fair when I can drive 10 miles to the Harrisburg PA store and pay the normal 6% sales tax.

I've had a great experience with Cycle Gear. The customer service is second to none. I usually don't do too many reviews but felt the need to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the level of knowledge and the sheer fact that they recognize that the customer drives their business and they sure do take care of their customers.
