Friendly and super helpful staff, excellent customer service. Hassle-free returns exchanges. Pricing is also very competitive and on par with what you would find online, so doing business here and having items shipped to store, where you can try them on and swap for other sizes, etc., with no return shipping cost is a no-brainer.
Been shopping at Cycle Gear for more than ten years. Nice to see a B&M store still cookin in this 'online' shopping age.

Well everyone said this place was the best to get tires from and they gave me a quote 2 weeks ago. The manager told me a price and I went there today to get them installed. Now it was over 120 dollar difference in the price. Same guy both times and if you don't know what the bike needs, then don't blurt out around about price. Won't be back there
