I went into Cycle Gear in Norfolk yesterday to buy a good quality helmet. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by Tim. I explained what I was looking for and he gave me several options in my price range and one slightly more. He by no means attempted to " Upsell me". He simply gave me an option I had not considered. AMAZING customer service at Cycle Gear on Little Creek Road. I came in there, my first time, expecting to spend $200+ on a modular helmet and walked out of there with only spending $16 bucks on an awesome BiLT modular! The sales associate, Haley, went above and beyond to find me the best helmet (and deal) in the whole store and I won't go anywhere else to buy my motorcycle gear. Cycle Gear is a clean store, and the staff is friendly and super helpful for both street and dirt riders.
Great staff, very helpful. Decent selection for air / oil filters / plugs and lubricants. Wish they carried more motocross gear!
