RecommendedCycle Gear in Spokane has very professional team members. They helped me locate and acquire everything I needed to fix my bike for the winter. The store is quite artisanal. I can’t thank Donny and Chelsey enough! They took enough time out of their evening to explain certain helmets and explain why each had their advantages and disadvantages. Thank you Greg for recommending the perfect helmet!
Chelsea was very helpful in helping us make a selection as well as aiding us in getting other accessories we needed. We will definitely be back!
The sold my tires that were on hold for a week last month and deleted my other complaint im not happy with this place there a joke didn't evan call me to tell me ill be switching shops

You guys were holding a set of michellin power 2ct tires till saturday, i explained my work schedule and let them know that's the only day that works for me it was mid week at the time so anyways they sold em im pist went there on the day of pick up which was today and now im screwed thats my transportation it was a waste of time gas ect coming from out of town someone should have contacted me and told me u sold them you lost another customer after years and on top of it ur employee tony wanted to argue the fact that they do... read more

Tony is great! Super patient and helpful. Never makes me feel like I'm a bother or my questions silly. Cycle gear has those things you need...I would recommend them.
Had them mount a tire for me which was great because they did it on short notice for me so I could ride the next day. But, they mounted it so bad and out of balance it wiped out my new wheel bearings and when riding you can feel the tire Is off balance and see it if you look down.
