Went in for the 1st time tonight for Bike Night. Great crowd, tons of bikes coming and going, good food, cool people. Definitely one of the better CG Bike Tuesday's I have been to. Decided to "get a helmet" via raffle. I never win anything!!! The brand I won didn't fit - so I went and had myself "professionally" fitted. Paid the difference in price and came away with a much nicer helmet than I rode in with! Swapped over my SENA too. These guys rock!!
The first time I went into the store, I asked them to become a sponsor of our clubs event the Smuggler Poker Run, and they provided donations of really nice gear. After that I began to come in for my parts and gear. They have excellent customer service!! Every time that I have bought parts for my bikes, they're knowledgeable and fast....and have given me a a terrific deal. The staff was very friendly and I appreciate their "Let us know when we can help approach".
Don't know anything and will give you false information to get you to buy bad product. Was trying to pick out a new helmet and I settled on one based on the info they person gave me and he informed me "try it out a bit and if you don't like it within 30 days bring it back and get something else" the helmet is to loud letting lots of wind in and does not fit my glasses, come back on day 28 and they won't take it back and the two kids behind the counter won't take it back and apparently the other guy no longer works here.. Staff was great and very friendly. Good selection and pricing. Would certainly shop there again.
Fast service, no hassle return policy, and knowledgable staff make this one of my favorite places to go for motorcycle gear and parts.
Wonderful, helpful and always knowelegable. We have fun on Bike Night once a month.
