The service is always excellent, but what about women's gear?!?! I've been shopping in the store for 3 years and there is never any women shoes or cute selections for women riders. There are a lot of women riders in the city and we would like to be able to WALK into the store and have a decent selection of clothing and shoes. I have bought tires at Cycle Gear and taken tires I have bought elsewhere to them for mounting. The cost has always been reasonable. Yesterday, it took a a new tire in for mounting that I bought online. Cycle Gear CHARGED OVER $60 TOTAL FOR MOUNTING. Nearly 1/2 the cost of a tire! There was no special services, extra labor, or anything. In and out in 20 minutes and RIPPED OFF!
