I'm a 51 year-old newbe. The courtious and knowledgeable staff helped me find and fit my first helmet without making me feel awkward or stupid. Wanted to know about my bike, were generally friendly, and made me feel welcome to the biking community. I will be making many return visits to the store in Huntsville, AL and dropping more money in their corporate pockets.
Best customer service ever: I showed up 10 minutes before closing in desperate need of a light jacket. The manager said "I have the perfect one for you" and showed me one on sale. I spent 25 minutes looking at all their jackets, trying on 3 others, holding them beside my red bike, and ended up preferring the one he had picked.
We have purchased mini items from Cycle Gear we have enjoyed every one we have purchased Sam is a good salesman he has good knowledge he is willing to help.

Great place, friendly and helpful staff. If you need it and they don't have it, they can usually order it and have it in quickly.
