I own a bilt explorer helmet, the cheek pads went missing. the cheek pads are removable like most helmets. iv been searching for replacement pads with no luck. I called cycle gear for help and was told that it is a cycle gear exclusive made and sold brand. they do not sell the pads for this helmet. they told me there was no way that they could possibly sell me them.. which confused me. they make the helmets.. and they are the only ones selling them?!?!. 1. cheek pads are supposed to be removable for washing and replacing. 2 ... read more

These people are top notch. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Prices are very reasonable, and selection is great. I have bought there several times now, and it has been a great experience every time. They are definitely doing things right.
