Highly recommend Cycle Fixation. I had very little idea on what I wanted/needed when I entered the store. I was greeted by Alex who took the time to explain the different types of bikes and their functions. He gave me a few options to think about and also spent time after hours researching what's available for my small frame and budget. Alex has that good old fashioned customer service that you rearly see these days. Great experience.
These guys are friendly and most helpful and highly knowledgeable with all types of bikes and even fixing trike recumbent equipment, i had a stroke and have only found this bike shop to be helpful and easy for me to understand exactly what needs to be done, highly recommend you check this shop out even though it might seem a little out of the way there is a fish and chips shop just next door if you feel hungry while you are waiting, make sure you visit these guys at least once you won’t be disappointed 👍👍
Awesome service from Alex!, highly recommended! Alex refurbished my 1988 Rock Hopper and now it is as smooth as new. Rear gear block replacement, hubs, BB, headset refurbished, wheels trued up and rear re-dished. New cables for brakes and gears, the list was long and he put huge effort into it. The bike glides along like a new machine! A fantastic result and an excellent price. I could not be happier. I'm definitely going back and recommend to everyone!
Alex at Cycle Fixation is fantastic to do business with. Always happy to help out with spare parts, Knowledge and he is always willing to show you how to use a tool or explain in great detail why something is the way it is on a bicycle. - Massive props to his customer service as well!
