Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable staff and very reasonably priced. Happy to support small business and they do an excellent job. We take all our bikes there, but mostly we take my sons Norco Sight which he races downhill and enduro events with. Every time something needs fixing they fit us in quickly and the job is always perfect. Highly recommend!
Alex was a good listener and gave good advice. Happy with service on my bike. He knows his stuff and clearly loves bikes as much as I do. I have recently moved to the area and am very impressed with this place. It's not the flashiest looking shop but they do an awesome job there. Pricing was reasonable too.
The guy that runs this place is amazing. I had to return a bike attachment that was found to be incomplete. He gave me a part refund and was so accomodating. I will come back here for anything bike related from now on. Easily the best service I’ve had from a bike shop in this area.

Not recommended at all. Went in there in early December to get a clicking cranking sound fixed, issue was never resolved despite spending $560, also Alex put on new chainrings without my approval, had to bring my bike back there another 3 times as the sound wasn't diagnosed properly only to be told 'oh sounds happen' , think they put it in the 'too hard to figure out category and hoped that I would go away' also Alex said it if I didn't like what they did to my bike he would take out old parts from my bin to put back on, yea... read more
