I've taken a number of spin classes over the years, but this was my first CYC class. I really loved it. Amazing workout with a fun vibe.

This is a hard review to write. I genuinely love almost everything about cyc- the atmosphere, the studio, most of the instructors, the front desk staff, the gym it's in, the classes themselves, the music, the results, etc. Especially love Lillian, Kelsey and Courtney! They are so positive and encouraging. They are like my therapy. The one thing I do not like about cyc, is unfortunately Caroline. So happy this gem of a cycling studio opened in Atlanta. Feel good, self driven, party on a bike. Ride to the beat and inspire yourself and you can't go wrong. Plus inside the forum gym?! Amazing!

I was in Atlanta last week for a wedding, and saw on Facebok that my favorite spin studio in NYC opened a location in Atlanta, so I *had* to stop by and get in a workout! Seriously, this Cyc studio is GORGEOUS. But even more importantly, the class was an amazing workout. I think this location just opened last month, but the 10am class I went to with Idia was completely full.
