My saviors! As a business owner, I don't have the time to figure out computer things. That's why I have Cybertooth! Any time we get an error, or I just have some questions, I know I can rely on Cybertooth to get the job done right and at a very fair price too. Last time we had an issue our receptionist lost her internet. She called and Eric was sent out. He came in the worst weather but had her up and running quickly. I don't know what I would do if I lost them!
No headaches The guys at Cybertooth Tech have really helped our business. We have, in the past, gone through the biggest and smallest companies here and have always felt undervalued. Our last computer company left us in a pickle for 3 days and on the advice of a friend called Erik. He came over that day and got us up and running. Now we have an agreement in place for them to take care of us fulltime at a great price. No more worries!
Great for business These guys are tops! I cannot believe I had been leaving the office to drop off our computers during lunch to the local Geeks. Cybertooth Tech comes to us! At first I was wary of a little company coming in to take care of my computers but I asked for, and received, a nda. Great Find! Great service, knowledgeable techs, quick response time, didn't have to bring my computer to them. They came to me. Reasonable rates too!
Owner Eric, is the best. We have been a client for about 5 years and he has always been able to fix the problem or set the computer system to work the right way for us. He even went so far as to come to our place on Christmas Eve. Once when he could not reach us by phone he showed up at the door to make sure we were okay. But best is he knows computers!!
Woo Hoo This is the best company!!! They will treat you right. I call and they respond ASAP. I am back up and running with very little wait time. I have purchased a computer they customized just for my needs and it has performed beyond my expectations. I would say they are 5 stars ++++. You can't go wrong by calling Cybertooth tech.
Got my vote Was referred to these guys from a neighbor and they didn't disappoint. Jeremy was a little late, but really knew his stuff and got me back up and running quickly. My kids even brought down their laptops and he was able to fix them while fixing mine. Geeks wouldn't do that!
