This company deserves NEGATIVE 100 stars. Going put an old, beat up part on my washer and charged me like it was new. The part look like they stole it from someone else washer. That's how bad the cosmetics look. When I call them. One of the employees ask me why im complaining. Seriously? I wish I saw the reviews before I gave them my business.

Zero stars! Disaster! Constant scheduling issues...we were confirmed for service for our Samsung washing machine which was scheduled via a phone conversation with them on September 30th. The date and time was confirmed for October 5th, but then we were notified via an email on October 2nd that they cancelled due to "unsuccessful attempts to reach us". What??? Cyber world came to our home four weeks ago to repair a dishwasher that was leaking the dishwasher had a leaking cold and it was leaking and damage our floors baseboards cabinets and countertop when the technician came he was here for 4 hrs 45 min and said it was fixed when I looked at the dishwasher before he left I noticed there was glue all on the front of the dishwasher and the handle was loose. We used Cyber World through an extended warranty from Lowes. Our technician, Dylan was very knowledgeable on our Samsung refrigerator. He was very professional and fixed our icemaker and cooling problem with the refrigerator. It was a very good experience.

We were referred by Samsung. We paid a fee to have them look at our refrigerator. They told us nothing was wrong even though it had stopped cooling two previous times. The technician told me it was our electrical system and to call him if I had any additional problems. We did shortly. I had an electrician come look at our electrical system. All was fine. Reported a frozen Samsung ice maker to Home Depot under their extended warranty. Cyber World Electronics tech Brian came at the scheduled time. Very personal, professional and with a great sense of humor. He brought in everything he needed for the repair in one trip. Replaced the parts needed and the ice maker is working great. I / we could not be more pleased with Brian and the service he provided.
