This company is horrible. They sent a serviceman to my house on April 1 and called me on April 3 and schedule for the repairman to come with the parts for my refrigerator on April 5th but the repairman was a no call no show. Then when I called the office at 4:30 the customer rep Michellea tells me my window if from 2pm to 6pm then when the repairman didn't show up at 6pm well the office was closed at that point for the weekend. They don't deserve a single star. Worst communication and disregard to the customer I have ever experienced and I have been in the business world with several Fortune 500 companies for over 30 years. They don't even bother to show up or call just constantly rescheduling and lying to the customer. Our refrigerator has been broken for 1 1/2 months. I will never buy another Samsung product nor use Cyber World which wasn't our choice But Samsung's contract.

The office personnel will try to be of assistance. The technician, Thomas, questionably damaged a screw to my microwave which voided my warranty. He says that it was damaged before he started screwing it out. I can’t prove nor dispute the claim because I did not put the screw in nor was I the person removing it. After all was said and done, I was told that the microwave was supposed to have been down before he got there. Samsung assigned this outfit to service my microwave. They sent a text message about 9:30 p.m. the same day that I initially called Samsung. I thought that this was prompt and good. Boy was that wrong. Text message said that they would call me in a few days. They lied. Never called. They just emailed me saying my number was invalid and then said that they couldn’t contact me so then they lied to Samsung saying I didn’t cooperate so they closed my ticket. Like others, I didn’t choose them, Samsung did. Samsung said I would hear from someone within 48 hours. It took them 6 days to call. The lady was nice/nasty. As I attempted to explain the issue with my washing machine she interrupted me 4 different times. Only the last time did I say “that’s the fourth time you’ve interrupted me”. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to find another “vendor” or something like that and hung up. So I guess this is how people get treated when their $800 washer floods their laundry room... read more

I didn't choose them. Samsung did. Two people called me to schedule the same appointment; that's not a crime in itself, but I thought I'd list all the things they did wrong, because when it's a lot, I think everything counts. After scheduling an appointment for three days after from 2-6PM, I wake up that day and handle all of my business that morning so that I could have the whole day open. I get back home at 11:50AM, with lunch, and there's a sticky notice on my door saying that I missed my appointment. I spend all that day... read more
