Working with these people was the most dreadful experience. I'll never have anything to do with them again.
I cannot thank Rich and the team enough for their truly stellar customer service. Rich went above and beyond to help guide us through the extensive process of design and BCC codes around renovating a heritage home. The team has made this arduous task so much easier for us. Thank you Rich and team cyber! We will definitely send photos of our finished home.

Nothing about this company and the service they provide is worthy of even one star. From their drafting service which delivered us drawings that had our house measured incorrectly and missing some of our basic requirements, through to their engineering team signing off on stages of our build that we later found out were significantly non compliant and costing us many thousands to rectify, every deliverable Cyber had was delivered to the lowest standard with the least care I have every witnessed from a company.
