Ditto also. Not working and Phone is disconnected, and the contact page also disconnected. Are they out of business? Need to replace for no good reasons.
Can't login to website to change programs. APP works, but useless if can't change schedules. Phone number rings fast busy. Most of the website requires a Silverlight plugin that even once installed doesn't work for their site. Extremely frustrating.

Are they still in business? Everything on my controller shut down this week. Phones disconnected or redirected, app no longer working, etc. What a waste. EDIT: finally most things on their website are working again. Controller still offline but will see how they do trying to fix it. Only 3 years into 5 year warranty. Update #2: Upgraded to 3 stars. They have since been very responsive to my problem and although we are still trying to work through it, I am feeling much more confident.
