Manny came to fix computer that was locking up regularly. He determined that the video programs were taking all the D-drive space keeping the other programs from executing. He designated a new C-drive 800% larger and 20 times faster which I ordered. He installed the new drive and cloned all the data and programs directly from the old drive. All done quickly and successfully.
Manny from Cyber Dimensions made 2 trips to my house; one to fix my wife's laptop, which wouldn't stay connected to our router wifi signal; the other to install a new solid state drive to replace a clunky and slow original hard drive. He was on time the first visit and called when he was running late to work on my desktop. Today was a great experience with M.L. He installed a new HP computer and 27" monitor, uninstalled the old Dell, and organized my search bar so I can make one click to get to my e-mail accounts! I'm really happy with the results and highly recommend Cyber Dimensions and M.L. in particular. He's a great guy and has been my computer tech for several years. Call him you will be glad you did.
