These trailers are hella good.
I ordered an enclosed 16" extra tall H&H trailer from CY. It was 3 weeks later than quoted. When it finally came in I had someone else pick it up for me. When I got the trailer it had hail damage, the wiring wasn't hooked up, the back door spring was installed incorrectly and the finder flares were installed wrong. CY offered to send me a plywood liner to cover the hail damage or pay 500 to fix 1500 worth of repairs. I will never buy anything from CY Trailers again.
