I would not do business with this company again. They were using Yahoo Answers when I walked in (no offense Yahoo). Why would a professional be using this in front of customers? The front desk person was rude. I would never go back. They are a little cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for. No thanks.

11-27-2007 A+++ SRVC, THEY ORDERED A NEW LAMP FOR MY TV & HAD IT FIXED & REPAIRED IN 7DAYS, CUSTOMER SRVC WAS EXCELLENT THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS THE BEST, THEY WILL TAKE THE TIME TO VISIT WITH YOU (WARNING) DONT GOTO "BEST TV" 2010 Damn TV lamp,, They had my lamp repaired within 20mins. Fast great service. A++ 02-15-2012 Again I think the lamp went out and the woman who answers the phone is the great. Dropped off the TV yesterday lets see what happens and how fast they work this time.. Ok received my TV back yester... read more
