I was generally satisfied with this place, but yesterday absolutely ridiculous thing happened. I have got one lens blurred from the edges, which is to my mind just manufacturer defect. Earlier, I have the same problem, and it was fixed; I do not know if a new lens was made or some special technique was used. Judging on similar place and shape of blurred area on the lens appeared now - the second case took place. In other words - somehow what was done with this lens did not work long. June 1st, 2019 I had an appointment with Cy Fair Vision Care at approximately 5:30 pm whom my daughter referred me to. Before I was called back, the assistant requested my original glasses which she took to the back and returned promptly to me. Then I was called to the back for my field test which I was asked if I would like to have the retinal exam performed at an additional charged, I agreed. This place is the best. Everyone I encountered at this office, from the front desk to the lady who did my eye tests to Dr. Patel to the lady who helped me with my glasses, was extremely patient and nice. They were personable, attentive, helpful, and efficient. This is why that I still drive a hour round trip to this office since I moved. The service at Cy Fair Vision Care is second to none. I highly recommend this office.
