I do not recommend CX-Energy. It is run by an incompetent"broker". Stick with more reputable/respectful brokers (if you must utilize a broker). I suggest working with a broker who has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. I was askingCX-Energy's staff (i.e., Becky Moore) about how CX-Energy came up with the valuation and Bill Smith sent me an email stating: "do not bother my staff for information any further."
