Professionalism can change like the wind – Uh, this company is OK. They're not the best in the world. They can process their work a bit quicker. Sometimes I feel like they are taking their time with the work even though it can be done in a quicker manner. So don't expect spectacular service. It's mediocre at most. Best Property Management Company in the East Bay – CWP is a great company. They are very professional and have requirements they abide by for all applicants.
Avoid at ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I agree with chicken little's review. I thought I was the only one who went through this. I am glad that there are other people out there who feel the same way as me. You wrote it exactly correct. Nothing was dishonest.
WORST PROPERTY MGMT – I give them a 1 out of a 10 only because I feel sorry for them. If i didn't have a heart, I would have given them a 0. They are really lazy when it comes to processing their applications. I was really surprised by their behavior because I have never seen such a thing. Very UNPROFESSIONAL group of adults!!!! – I truly believe these people do not know how to run a professional property management. They honestly do treat people like dirt. They don't give a darn. They are profit-driven and are greedy idiots. Of course, every company out there is profit-driven, but that should not be its number 1 priority. good lelections and took the time with me. – When I moved here I could not get over the rent shock -CWP was patient by just letting me look and look w/o question. Then one day one of the CWP Property staff called me about a cute house I had looked at, liked, but thought too high. They made this effort to call me because the landowner had dropped the price - and they knew it was the only one I truly liked.
