We have been in a discussion with workers at CWD trying to get them to assist us in fixing our cars after they were damaged by their parking garage for months. They told us they would help us. They have now, after months of back and forth, switched the blame and forced us to pay over $5,000 in damages to our cars that they caused. We have been polite and patient with them and this is how we are treated. We will never live at a CWD property again.
It is with sadness I feel the need to write this. I’ve worked at CWD for some time now and though they project themselves as an employee and community-oriented company, they are far from it. In reality, their rhetoric and actions do not match. They are simply cutthroat and have little to no care for their employees and community.
