Do not use this management company. I pay over $700 per month in HOA dues and I can't get a shrub trimmed, garbage cans are constantly outside instead of in garages on non-trash days, a fire panel alarm has been going off for a good 6 months, dirty orange cones from a curb repair job are scattered around the neighborhood for over 6 months, the landscaping is horrible.
