The caring staff,from the first moments I arrived,throughout the appointment, including my departure ,were cheerful kind and considerate. They were patient with my slow gate and accommodated my special requests for back and neck support. Doctor Couch was so caring , taking his time to insure that the process was as pain-free as possible. I truly felt as though I was being cared for by family.
Great job! Dr Collin’s is very patient and explained all that needs to be done to my mouth. Her assistant was excellent also. Lots of experience with both Dr Collin’s and Kerri. She put my mind at ease quickly. She had to extract a root that had fused to the bone. Thank you so very much. Will definitely recommend her to others!
I just switched to CWD and I cant even express how happy I am with my time here! Madison was my hygienist and she was amazing. she was very gentle, talked me through everything and made sure I was very comfortable. My dentist was Dr.Dalton and he was also amazing, he made me feel safe and calm. i recommend this place to EVERYONE who has dental anxiety, they make sure accommodate your needs and find ways to relax you.
Dr. Couch and staff are professional, honest and patient. Patience is very important to me because I suffer with TMJ and anxiety! They made me feel that they really cared about my dental issues, while being upfront about the options and services they could provide. They were very. transparent about costs and went so far as to help me obtain financing. I am very pleased to put my trust in Dr. Couch and staff.
