From the time I arrived to the end of a long first patient appt. I was treated with exceptional service. My hygienist/Maddy did a superior job with my teeth, including providing me w a blanket. Dr Dalton has an exceptional chair side presence, he did not do a ridiculous up sell (that can happen when going to a new dentist) and he gave me a thorough exam. I left feeling great!
Ok everyone, although I came in with a broken partial issue and they put my issue into motion to get it taken care of I was grateful. But, the most appreciative moment was when Dr. Couch walked into the room sat down beside me and said welcome back. It had been a while since I had been there and for him to say that it made me felt very honored to be back at CWD dental group. Not only him but everyone made me feel welcome. Have been with Dr. Couch through the last couple moves and the latest facility is so nice with state of the art equipment. Great dentist, I have never felt any pain during procedures. Staff is always great and really care about their patients and oral care! Treatment plans are explained and laid out nicely. Highly recommend!
Everyone here was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous dentist office. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Collins and they were able to diagnose and treat me in the same day. I would highly recommend CWD.
