Roof was replaced late Sept due to damage done during May '25 tornado that came thru St Louis. I had reservations early on as I could not get a solid installation date. When awoken by the roofing supplies being delivered with no prior warning at 730a, my field rep still hadn't given me a date. After several conversations, I finally was given a date and the information about installation arrival time. Roof work was ok. They attempted to replace a fan in the attic. It was not grounded, old box was left in place. and the wires were not placed inside the box. Entire system was “hot” This is a fire hazard. When we asked about him getting it fixed properly by electrician they said they don’t have one.
I had this company replace my roof and it is still not done correctly. My back roof is still saggy worse than before and the workers damaged my property ND ran over my septic clean out which caused sewage to leak from the pipe.
