I recently accompanied my 19yr old daughter, to an appointment here. I was already feeling some type of way, because she was seen by a P.A., rather than a "real" Dr. I specifically stated what was going on and the purpose of the visit, but my words seemed to not be heard, AT ALL! I truly believe that these folks thought that I was simply "taking over" my daughter's life and she has no say so, or something! Before we even arrived, the communication was poor. The only reminder we received was a text showing the appointment time as 10:00 a.m. Nobody called or informed us that we were expected to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. We arrived approximately 10 minutes before 10:00, yet the receptionist immediately told us we were late. When you walk in the people at the front desk are amazing, and let me tell you about the people in the pharmacy, that man and woman both went to bat for me.Called my insurance company and got me approved for a very difficult medication. I've never had such a unified clinic fight for me.Almost like a lawyer. I appreciate this place so much and every single person in it from the wonderful ladies behind the desk to the pharmacy and even doctor Phillips.
