I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to be honest about my experience. As a first-time patient at the C.W. Williams Center, my visit did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend working with Dr. Boston for new patients. She was short, rushed, and displayed very poor bedside manner throughout my appointment. This is a center that serves the community, yet I did not feel the care or compassion one would expect from a community-focused clinic. My appointment was at 9am, I was told to arrive early so I showed at 8:45am. I waited for over an hour to be seen just to be told that there was a schedule conflict and I would need to reschedule. This is highly unprofessional and in general unacceptable. My time was not respected as I am also a professional and had to miss work just to not even have my concerns addressed.
