We had a great experience renting from Brent and CW Property Management. We usually avoid property management companies whenever possible because we've had bad experiences in the past, but are very glad we chose to rent from Brent. He was very fair, always took care of any issues we had with the property in a timely manner, and was overall just a nice guy to work with. We rented from Brent for 2+ years and would do it again without hesitation. We highly recommend CW Property Management.
I would give this management zero star if I could. Anyone who give this place a 5 star review probably got paid. This is a shoutout for you Brent, the worse manager that I ever had to deal with. I lived here for a year and wanted to move out right away after only a couple of months. I paid for my rent on time and was never late but every time I would request for a repair, it would always take forever or sometimes would never even happen (usually never happen).
