CW was quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to pinpoint the problem with our AC unit and were able to quickly get it back up and running. They time to explain what had happened and what the next steps would be if this problem happens again. My wife thanks you for getting the air conditioning working in the house again!
We had another company come to look at A/C before we found Wade. That company tried to tell us that they could bandaid the issue (and that wasn’t guaranteed to work), but that we really just needed a new 16k system. Wade came out, fixed the issue for a couple of hundred. We are so grateful that we found this company- saved us thousands! Customer for life!
Wade helped me find an alternative fix for my furnace that save me thousands. When my furnace finally goes, out I will definitely be calling CW Heating and Air. Very happy!!!
Wade is incredibly helpful, nice, and reasonable. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone on the front end and walked me through some things that I could do on my own and almost talked me out of needing him to come out in the first place due to the fact he was trying to genuinely help me out. I ended up wanting to have him come check out my a/c unit regardless and he fixed a minor issue that majorly helped the ac unit. Very nice, professional, and reasonably priced.
