I would rate this place lower if I could. Over a month of back and forth middle-manning to finally get a biosimilar approved and filled on 6/26 to deliver 6/27. Did not show up. Order was canceled apparently "because they need to clarify the amount with my provider". The amount had been part of the pre-auth, the authorization, and the 40min phone call I had with them setting up the first order! What changed overnight???? Use another pharmacy if you can.

I hope you never need to fix something quickly. Sending emails days after with no information will be how it it handled by the company.

I don't know where to begin. My first experience with this specialty pharmacy ended in my owing them $1500 because of them billing co-pay assistance instead of me directly. This also resulted in my not being able to get my prescription for ayear! I have to call every month to get the payment documentation and every month I'm on the phone trying to get things straightened out anywhere from 45 minutes up to 3 hours.
