I had a terrible experience at this CVS location. I came to pick up a prescribed medication for severe migraine pain and was not informed in advance that I needed to bring an ID. I returned with my ID and arrived exactly at closing time, but the staff refused to assist me despite my visible distress and medical need. While I understand policies exist, a little empathy and flexibility in a medical situation like this would have made a big difference. Very disappointing experience.
