Terrible mi visita a este CVS , 4 horas para q me atendieran en las fotos , Eduardo es una pena la mala atención q me dio y aún siendo paisano mío , de mi pueblo en Cuba, no le dio el deseo de ayudarme con la máquina para sacar mis fotos…. La cola se hizo inmensa , encima de eso es una tortuga trabajando, la verdad q muy buena persona pero lento y no ayuda al cliente en nada , pésima su atención , deben cambiarlo de posición , no sirve para trabajar en ese puesto de trabajo.

Congratulations CVS, you have managed to make a person with a serious medical need feel completely invisible. Truly an achievement. Here's a fun fact your staff apparently doesn't know — Florida does not require a prescription for syringes. But sure, maybe your location follows Miami-Dade's local ordinance. I can live with that. What I cannot live with is being flat out ignored. I stood there and attempted to show my medication prescription — proof of a legitimate, documented medical need — and was waved off.
