I wish I could give this pharmacy a negative star review but my only option is a 1. I called last week in need of my timed medication. Not only was everyone who I spoke to incredibly rude, they were less than unhelpful. Whoever said they’d call me back didn’t and they didn’t leave any notes on my account for the next person who I would speak with. I get an email from the today about avoiding a delay in shipping - I NEEDED MY MEDICATION LAST WEEK. That ship sailed. They’re lucky i’m not suing them.

The worst!!! I get a different story every day and still haven’t received my meds since last week. The reps have no idea what they are doing
They never texted or called or emailed to remind me to refill tremfya dose. Then a nurse calls three weeks later asking why I did not take it ? My account was fully set up to receive all notifications. They dropped the ball and it took over an hour on phone to get straight. Terrible service and the people are not helpful.
I spent an hour on the phone the other day checking on the status of my prescription. They have gave me one ridiculous excuse after another, which I had to correct. For example, they told me CVS was out of network (it is the only specialty pharmacy that my insurance accepts). Then they told me they needed a prior authorization from my doctor and one does not exist.
