I have been receiving my various prescriptions off and on from CVS specialty for over 4 years now. Their personal service, both locally and the mainland, has always been phenomenal. The staff on site are great, but as usual corporate has tried to cut costs by offshoring all the customer service (people who answer the phone), and those people have no clue what is going on at Waterfront Plaza and will tell you it's ready when it's not.
