Worst pharmacy ever. They bought out all their competition and now they have the freedom to be terrible to sick people who need medicine. Really hope that eventually we get a Justice system that will prosecute these criminals.

I can't say that I would recommend CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Way too many departments that result in an endless loop of transfers. At the local level my CVS pharmacist is helpful; the specialty team offers nothing of value. Not even muzak for the long holds.

This is a terrible company. If you try to use their online submission process, the file is always too large. So they tell you to print forms and fill them out and mail them in. I didn’t think we were still in 1950. Their only response to any email is a form letter telling you to print out their form and mail it in. I’m not sure why they call themselves a company that handles prescriptions. They apparently can’t without you doing their paperwork for them. It’s really sad a company operates like this in 2025.
