Great customer service Fast 😊
So unorganized. Very time consuming and difficult to work with. They consistently confused and wasting my time because of their bad organization. Not productive at all!
Awful experience, you hear different things depending on who picks up the phone, and no one ever takes responsibility for false information provided. This is the only choice of pharmacy for Aetna/CVS Caremark but some competitors will provide better prices out of pocket.
This is one of the works bureaucratic companies I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to get a specialty drug from them. I've been dealing with them for 3 weeks, 2-3 hours a day. Every time they say all is ready...another problem pops up that NO ONE at their company ever told me. This is a classic case of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
