I was very disappointed that I had to contact the specialty pharmacy and tell them that my medication never arrived. It really put me out I kept my granddaughter out of school because I couldn't transport her back and forth to be there for my eye drops to arrive I have the parasites in my eyelids and it doesn't seem to be a major concern for the pharmacy because I still haven't got my medication. Absolutely terrible patient care. I have worked for them. The environment is extremely toxic. There is a lack of patient care. I was told my prescription would be delivered to my doctor’s office prior to my appointment and they have yet to deliver the package. Mostly everyone who work for CVS specialty has very toxic behavior. I beg you to seek care elsewhere. Cigna provides better service.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had, they work with CVS and they can never grant you anything, IT’S REALLY A NIGHTMARE, every time I ask for a medical or something related like that they can never grant it to me! It’s a real mess! Besides that I pay for this stupid insurance so that they can never grant me ANYTHING. I’m literally losing my money and I’m also losing my health by putting it in the hands of these inepts.
