Extremely unorganized company. Their computer system sent me a reminder that I have 1 refill remaining and that it is time to refill it. I requested the refill and got a text confirming a specific date when it would arrive. On the date it was to arrive, I got a text saying it is delayed. The worst pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. They tell you your insurance is covered and make you wait for weeks and weeks saying they’re waiting for the order or a signature it’s always something different. You will be on hold forever then hung up on or you will get a different answer every single time no matter who you talked to. I have choreographed full dances in my head to their music I was on hold for so long. I was very disappointed that I had to contact the specialty pharmacy and tell them that my medication never arrived. It really put me out I kept my granddaughter out of school because I couldn't transport her back and forth to be there for my eye drops to arrive I have the parasites in my eyelids and it doesn't seem to be a major concern for the pharmacy because I still haven't got my medication. I suppose they were kind enough to try to track it down and reship it but it should have never occurred like that. Now I'm on pins... read more
