Wanted to say thank to Yvette, the pharmacist at CVS. She filled my prescription same day, twenty minutes after it was sent. She was kind, helpful and clear about my prescription. Absolutely wonderful.

The representative who assisted me, James, was completely unwilling to help. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life, and I feel deeply disturbed by how I was treated.It felt as though I was being dismissed and treated unfairly, and I cannot ignore the possibility that bias played a role in this interaction. The pharmacy people are super rude, not helpful, and just mad at there lives, but put it on the customers. Needless to say the trip to another cvs is well worth it.
