I am seriously considering changing pharmacies simply because of the impossibility if talking to a live person in the pharmacy due to their insane automated answering system. There is no way to talk to anyone in the store when I want to cancel a prescription that they have automatically filled that I don’t want. Often times, when you go into the store and the pharmacy is not closed because everyone is on lunch break, the line of people waiting to pick up a prescription is half way down the aisle.
