Just like family
I can't stand CVS. The fact that Everytime I call I can't speak to someone without leaving a voicemail and waiting however long. The pharmacy voice assistant is a dang joke. Just says it can't authenticate my child's DOB and forces me to enter mine and then sends me to a voicemail. Apparently front end can't transfer directly to someone in the pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous and doesn't make it feel like y'all give a crap about the customers. Thanks.
