Besides the pharmacy visit, I did a little other shopping and the lady that helped was very nice and went beyond my expectations making sure I got all my discounts with my coupons. Some sales representative do like to go that extra mile,
When you call you get stuck in AUTOMATED HELL!! When you know what you need you can't interrupt it, you have to sit and listen to it give it's speech. It took me almost 3 minutes to get past all the questions it asks trying to help you and then it says its going to get you someone to help you and then asks you another question "So the team can better help you" and then it doesn't transfer you, you stay in AUTOMATED HELL". I get good service at our local CVS
I always have a great experience with the pharmacy and staff. What I don't enjoy is the rude customers they have to deal with. People need to leave the rudeness outside. The staff are always trying to do their best to please them. I really feel bad for them taking the blunt for someone's "bad day".
