I hope that CVS corporate performs a case study on this pharmacy branch. It is, without a doubt, the Worst managed and operated pharmacy I have ever come across. Our family lives within walking distance of CVS Chevy Chase Lake but, like so many of our neighbors, we have stoped patronizing the pharmacy altogether (instead opting to drive down the road to fill our RXs elsewhere). As an African-American individual, it hurts to see someone just standing there while you’re checking out as if you’re going to steal they’ve done it on many occasions and I’m about tired of it. This is about the third time. It’s very difficult to walk into location and feel the racism makes me sad. I had enough today! Terrible management.
