The quality of service here really depends on the pharmacist on duty. Some are outstanding and very helpful, but today I had a frustrating experience with one who did not explain anything and made everything unnecessarily difficult. It came across as if they did not want to help at all.
The experience I had with the MinuteClinic was terrible!!!! However, the pharmacy was amazing. They were able to get my prescription within 2 minutes of it being called in. Never had such great service. The workers were also so nice.
New touchscreens at the pharmacy are totally unacceptable because they display your personal info (name, birth date, phone numbers, medications, immunizations) in a large font which all other customers in line can easily see. This is outrageous and probably illegal, as they are obligated to protect customers' privacy. Do NOT use CVS.
