Vaccination appointments are pointless as you will wait an extra half hour to hour past your appointment time. It's annoying trying to call the pharmacy because you will be on the phone with their AI for 15 minutes at least and wait for a callback up to an hr after that. The staff also is rude and seems to be irritated to speak with you as soon as you walk in.
I have been using this pharmacy inside Target for years and it has really gone downhill. Now you can’t even speak with anyone when you call, and they do not return your phone calls or respond to your messages. The new pick up process is such a hassle and you spend more time with a touch screen monitor than you do a person. I just picked up two new medications that I have never used before and they didn’t even speak with me about them, they just tossed them in a bag and sent me on my way. This pharmacy is the WORST. Not only because you can't talk to an actual HUMAM when you call, but they can't even transfer a script in a timely manner so people who NEED their meds can get them.
