Genuinely terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I've been filling prescriptions here for quite some time now and my insurance changed. I brought in my new card and they said it didn't change the price of my prescription from the cash price. The tech ,who was rude from the start of the interaction mind you, looked at the pharmacy and said the same thing and he shrugged his shoulders and said maybe it's because there's a deductible. The staff was very helpful. I had problems with the Self-service counter and 2 of the employees ran towards me to help me with my purchase. Thank you such employees.
