This is my first time EVER writing a review on Google Maps--to warn fellow shoppers. This CVS has driven me to the brink, between the insanely useless AI phone system and the insanely disrespectful pharmacy employees. I left a voicemail for the pharmacy yesterday and received a return voicemail today addressing me by the wrong name. I returned the voicemail (because, as other reviewers have pointed out, it is impossible to directly call the pharmacy) correcting them. HORRIBLE PHONE SYSTEM , especially pharmacy , front of the store has some audio feedback issue. Do better CVS
Good luck calling the pharmacy. They have a nightmare of a phone system. No one wants to have a conversation with AI, hire people.
Love this CVS, it's in walking distance from my hotel and they finally restocked the ice cream 🍨
