I have no problem with the employees. But the systems is in place are completely broken. To get a prescription filled, talk to a pharmacist, check status, anything.. You have to use their automated system for 5-20 minutes. Usually the issue takes multiple calls to handle so it can add hours to your week just dealing with this corporation. Update: was told to call back today because my meds were out of stock. Currently on hold 14 min and counting. No idea if a human even knows I’m waiting.
Bad doctor Bad service ever!!!!🤬 The male employee who looked Indian seemed nice, but the doctor who was supposed to dispense the medication was arrogant and had an ego, unwilling to help me. How did he even become a doctor? He wouldn't give me the medication simply because he didn't know what OID meant. I went to another CVS and they gave me the medication without any problems. My eyes pain are fine now, but if I hadn't gotten the medication on that day,my condition would have been much worse !!!
