First, the medication took too long to be prepared, even though it was supposed to be taken within 72 hours because it is prophylaxis. They delayed it by one full day just to prepare it. I called and left a message asking them to please prepare my medication. When they finally prepared it and I went to the pharmacy, they told me I needed prior authorization from my doctor.
