On November 13, I placed an order for insulin through the CVS automated system. I knew on or about November 16 that I would be out of insulin. I believed I was leaving plenty of time for the script to be filled. However, because this was new insurance, the insurance provider was requiring me to switch the brand of insulin that I was currently using. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with a quick and efficient pickup process. I was treated with courtesy and kindness throughout my visit. Overall, very pleased with the experience.
On the night of October 7, 2025, the prescription and the label on the container were correct. However, the pharmacy placed the wrong drug inside the container and gave it to me. The only reason I realized it was incorrect was that the wrong drug was 500 mg instead of the prescribed 10 mg. Unbelievable—what if I hadn’t noticed that?! We all could have been in serious trouble.
Staff was great, but the amount of people waiting was too much given the shots were scheduled. Other closeby CVS stores could handle the overflow, but the covid shots were not available at these.
The pharmacy workers are extremely rude and continued hanging up on my insurance company they were trying to help me get my medication. They don’t want to help patients and delayed me getting my meds because they would not answer the phone, they would answer and hang up because they didn’t want to help. I will never get my medications from here again.
